- The government announced new measures in effect for the holiday season and up to January 10.
- Closure of non-essential businesses
- Effective from December 25 to January 10 inclusively.
- Supermarkets will not be allowed to sell anything other than products generally sold in essential stores. - Elementary and secondary school closures
- From December 17 to January 10 inclusively.
- Teaching is maintained, but remotely, according to the current school calendar. - Mandatory telework in the offices

- Except for jobs where attendance is deemed necessary. - Permitted outdoor activities

- No gathering in yards or on private property - Single persons and family bubble
