Reminder: Noise By-Law
Here is a little reminder about the Town’s by-law concerning noise nuisances.
Any excessive sound may disturb your neighbourhood’s peace and quiet. What things are considered to be noise nuisances? Lawnmowers, tractors, trimmers, chainsaws, leaf blowers and any other tool that produces noise.
To enable your neighbours to enjoy their days of rest, the use of noise-producing tools before 9 a.m. and after 4 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays is prohibited.
Please be considerate of your neighbours!
