  • Important reminders from the Government of Quebec:

  • Stay home, except for:
    - Going out to do your grocery shopping
    - Help people over 70 years of age with grocery shopping and medication retrieval.
    - Take a walk keeping a distance of 2 meters between people you meet

  • Don't have parties or dinners with friends and extended family.

  • Municipal services:

  • Information:

  • Wash your hands regularly.
  • Young people must respect the government's request: no gatherings.
  • Seniors: offer to help them go to the pharmacy and the grocery store.
  • Every gesture to limit contact to reduce the contagion can save lives.
